A welcomed change

Oh how I welcome Spring! The weather was beautiful today and we took a walk around the Bicentennial Gardens to check out the daffodils. I just hope we don’t get another freeze and lose the few blooms we saw today.

Pilot Mountain is most known for its photo of the Mtn itself. Unfortunately, the sky wasn’t that great and I had hoped for some clouds to come in, no luck. Instead I enjoyed the great weather, a nice relief from the frigid temps lately, and went for another photo opportunity instead.
